Use a small nut that discussions around the valve? I have many situations where the use (and harden) to break the valve stem of the tube seen in May. This is not really necessary and I do not recommend using it. Also, I would check the tires, make sure that no stones could remen (, glass, etc.) on the first floor, which still wreak havoc. Finally, I want to make sure that your tires are inflated to recommended pressure before each ride. If you do not have enough air in the tires, the collision with a pothole, the tube may be squeezed, leading to a dwelling. Good luck!

I would stop the mother holds the trunk on the wheel which is the normal cause of the failure of the pipe at the base of the stem. Also check inside the rim at the valve stem hole burrs. No sense to them because they may be too small to be seen.
